Checkpoint Charlie is the official after party for Rogue Revolution NYD and from 8:30pm the the journey begins.

NYD night @ Trax will be the biggest Checkpoint Charlie to date with some massive names being flown in for the event.

International DJ’s Cahill(UK) and DJ Pornstar(USA) will play the main room at TRAX and will give some of the most high energy music from around the globe. Joining the boys on stage will be none other than the fabulous INAYA DAY who is always a crowd favorite and has some new tracks to unleash onto Melbourne party people.

The Aussie line up kicks butts as well with the likes of Troy Cox, Johny Blue Boy, Damien Reddrop, Ritchie Carter, Haylenise, Bec RPM, Nathan Keily, Ben Royal, and Jade Glover.

You’ve heard her voice on the “HORNY” track “HOLD YOUR HEAD UP HIGH”, “NASTY GIRL”, and “KEEP PUSHIN”, but we must go on to mention a few others like, I AM THA 1, STAND BY ME, GLAMOROUS LIFE, SHOUT IT OUT, MOVIN UP, BREAKAWAY, & NATURAL HIGH.

Shauna Jensen

Shauna Jensen is one of Australia’s most talented singers and proudly part of our community.  When Shauna sings the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and a warm fuzzy feeling takes over your body.  Why she can even reduce the gay boys to tears .

This year Shauna has been in high demand and well travelled including a gig at The Sydney opera House.  She has had a long and varied career, appearing in the original stage production of Jesus Christ Superstar and also working as one of the country’s leading session singers.  Shauna has appeared as the lead in four shows as Sydney’s Mardi Gras with her song Free Gay And Happy and she continues to record and release dance floor hits such as “I Just Wanna Dance” with international Producer / Dj Wayne G -

Shirley Davis

Shirley Davis is apart of the original DEEPFACE team. DEEPFACE are all about Big crowds, interviews, write ups, Fantastic shows and amazing music. Their first single went to number 5 in Australia. Fran, Chris and Shirley scored their first aria nomination for Best Dance Release for 2005 with our first single ‘BEEN GOOD’. ‘BEEN GOOD’ turned itself into a dance floor filler. Radio station and DJ’s loved it. One of the most played dance tracks for 2005. 19 weeks in the Australian top 50. This year Pro Motion one of America’s largest dance promoters signed them onto their books which allowed DEEPFACE’s music to head off overseas to the states.

Carrera

Carerra has had a number successful original releases and has co-written and produced with various talented Melbourne and international Producer/DJs.  Through her collaborations with international producer, J Nitti, she has previously released two successful dance tracks under the name “Sarah C”, signed to the “Vinyl Pusher” and “Hed Kandi” labels.  The first, “Deep in my Soul” being added to the “Hed Kandi The Mix 2009”, “Vinyl Pusher’s Its All About House Vol 2” and also “Joy 94.9 Fm” compilation Cd’s. The Second, “Body and Soul” causing a serious stir in the dance community and charting at number 3 on the Italian Dance Charts. Her music has been played on radio stations, such as “Nova 100”, “Fox FM” and “Joy 94.9 FM” and outdoor festivals such as “Kiss my Grass” and “Betterdays”. Carerra is constantly creating and has recently had some successful releases overseas for the New York Labels, Moda Records and System Recordings and the Italian lable, Dance and Love, stay tuned as there are some very exciting projects in motion
